Target塔吉特验厂结果评级划分

TARGET验厂多有三次机会，都是按照每次起初验厂的情况决定是半年还是一年的复审。

分数在80分以上—— 绿灯;

分数在60分以上80分以下—— 黄灯;

分数在60分以下—— 红灯.

工厂没有被看过,共有三次机会。一次没有严重违章的,查后转到12-18个月的复查。

1. Payroll and time keeping system not being properly used

未合理使用工资帐及工时记录系统

2. First Aid equipment not properly supplied

未合理提供急救设备

3. Missing or incomplete personnel records

缺少或不完整的人事记录

4. Fire Safety, Exits and Equipment

消防安全, 紧急出口及设备

5. Lack of proper Country of Origin documentation-records must be maintained for 5 years per U.S. Customs and Border Protection

缺少合理的原产国记录档案-根据美国海关与边防局, 记录档案需保存5年

6. Wages-regular and overtime not being properly paid

工资-未合理支付正常工资以及加班工资

7. Audit finds are reviewed with factory management at the end of the audit

验厂结束, 验厂结果与工厂管理层评阅

8. Factory agrees to a specified time frame as to when issues will be corrected

工厂同意改正发现的问题的具体时间.

9. Note A factory will be unregistered and assigned Non-compliant status if one or more of the following is found during the audit

注 如果审验期间发现以下一个或多个问题, 该工厂将被解除注册且认定为不合约(不合格)状态.

10. The following are considred Severe Violations and will result in non-compliance factory status at any point in time not just after a 3rd audit. The factory would then not be able to be used for up to 3 years.

2. Forced Labor 强迫劳动力

3. Child Labor 使用童工

4. Illegal Transshipment 非法转运

2. 3rd audit of the first round of audits

一轮验厂的三次验厂未通过

11. Global Compliance will assess financial penalties for the following

遵约(人权)验厂会对以下行为进行评定财务惩罚

1. Denied Audits-Auditor arrives to the factory and is declinded access to conduct a factory audit.

拒绝验厂-验厂员到达工厂但被拒绝进入工厂执行验厂

2. Inaccurate Audits-The factory nameaddress information is not correct or up-to-date in BPM

不准确信息-工厂名称地址等信息不准确或未及时新。

3. Unregistered Factory-Failure to register subcontractorfactories that are producing Target owned brand product(including subcontractors)

未注册工厂-未注册生产Target自有产品的分包商工厂.
